Delete your Zabio account

In the Zabio mobile app, open Profile → Settings → Delete account. Review the information and confirm deletion. Eligible app accounts are deleted immediately.

If you no longer have the app, or your account needs assistance to close, email us from the email address linked to your account. Include your name and ask to delete your Zabio account and associated personal data. We may verify your identity before processing the request.

What is deleted and what is retained

App sign-in, reviews, feedback and saved recipients are deleted. The in-app flow also removes favorites and recent searches from that device. Open transactions, pending refunds and shared business or wallet access must be resolved before closure. Associated analytics are submitted for deletion and removed in the background.

Zabio retains identity verification and transaction records for at least 10 years after the relationship ends, as described in our Privacy Policy. Public blockchain records cannot be erased.

Support requests follow the response periods in section 17 of our Privacy Policy: claims are addressed within 15 business days, with notice if an extension of up to 8 additional business days is needed. Support confirms when deletion is complete.
